I recently switched my phone service to T Mobile due to poor customer service at Boost Mobile. Jeff is super helpful with excellent customer service skills. He has great tech skills. He also set me up with home internet and it was super easy to connect. Jamin, another employee in the store was able to fix a password issue in about 5 minutes. The day prior I was on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes and the issue was not resolved. I highly recommend T Mobile on Garfield Street in Loveland, Co.
I was told by T-Mobile corporate to go into the closest store to me, which was at store. Number 3029 in loveland. The workers there were absolutely rude after I had already been stolen from to the tune of six hundred dollars by someone putting an account in my name. This dude deserves to be fired
I wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to Taylor. I have been in the store a few times and she has assisted me. I added an app that made my entire phone system wonky. She calmed my nerves and reset my phone back to it's original condition. She is so helpful and knowledgeable! I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to let Taylor know how much I appreciate her and her service at TMobile. 😊
I would like to give a giant shout out to Jeff today. I came in and my phone was malfunctioning, draining the battery and constantly making a sound and vibration something was running in the background. He fixed my phone and my day. Thank you Jeff, I really appreciate you!!
