The team has some youngsters with questionable professionalism but the leaders guiding them seem up to task. Got 2 new phones for my wife snd myself. This will be our home store.
Jeff is always so helpful and courteous! And he knows what he is doing. Thank you!
Great Experience. Thank you!!
Went in to This store with an issue needing a new phone for my girlfriend had issue after issue trying to get it. Jeff was absolutely amazing working through each issue with us to help us get the best deal and our service back thank you Jeff and t-mobile for all your help
They do everything to NOT help you when clearly they can help. Longmont and Fort Collins helped no problem. They hire teenagers with no knowledge. The kid couldn’t tell me where to look in my settings to see when I bought my phone. Tells me to call the 1-800 number before even checking the details. Thank you Longmont T-Mobile
