I went into this location to add a tablet to my line and see if there were any ways to save money on my account. I went in to have my new phone set up and Wes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also talked to me about switching to T-Mobile internet, but did not try to "hard-sell" me.

My friend had an issue with his phone that he purchased there and they told him go online and fill out a claim form and they’ll help you out. I’m wondering what they’re doing in the store that they can’t help you fill that claim form out there where is the customer service nowadays?
