I had the best Customer Service from Shaunie at the T-Mobile store on Lum Rd. She rocked!!!
They are the best always go above and beyond. We know we can always stop in and get the help we need.
MASON is probably the best customer service person my husband and I have ever dealt with! We were even LEAVING T-Mobile and he STILL gave the very very best care during several visits to make a very easy transfer for us! If things don't work out, I will only be coming back to work with him for all our needs! 10/10 service that ill be telling all our T-Mobile friends about!
Customer care is not important for Brody. Goal is for brody to become manager. That's more important then customer care. The store is actually a nice store but brody at tmobile works and only cares about himself and promotions as others pass him up. It is sad to see 1 person trying to destroy tmobile. Don’t fall for their free trial on home internet after the sale guy showed me on the map that I was going to have great service I brought it home and it sucked I returned a day before the 15 day trial run was up and just got a bill for 143.20 I called t mobile and thy told me they couldn’t do anything about and that I needed to pay. Thanks t mobile for showing me how great Verizon Wireless is.
