From Oregon had to come back for other reasons and the management that was working that day (Dec 16th 2025). I can't remember her name but she was excellent. Oh my God help me out so immensely. Please do not make the same mistake we did and DO NOT SWITCH FROM AT&T TO T-MOBILE (review written 10/2025). Read my whole review before you embark down the Tmobile journey. We walked into this Oakdale T-mobile Store unsure if we wanted to make the switch from AT&T, we wanted to lower our bill, but only if we could have the same great service as ATT.
