Great phones and service.
From Oregon had to come back for other reasons and the management that was working that day (Dec 16th 2025). I can't remember her name but she was excellent. Oh my God help me out so immensely. Please do not make the same mistake we did and DO NOT SWITCH FROM AT&T TO T-MOBILE (review written 10/2025). Read my whole review before you embark down the Tmobile journey. We walked into this Oakdale T-mobile Store unsure if we wanted to make the switch from AT&T, we wanted to lower our bill, but only if we could have the same great service as ATT. A terrible experience at this T-Mobile store. The lady I think she’s the manger who helped me was dishonest when opening my account and later charged me for things I never agreed to. When I went back to close the account, she said I wouldn’t be charged anymore, but I kept getting billed. I called many times for a refund, but no one helped me. Very disappointing service the money was not refunded and hope they can have someone that is more helpful and understanding more than this lady.
Best experience I have ever had dealing with phones, I felt like Pat really cared and loved her job. She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and so personable. She gave me excellent advice and everything went right! Pat is a true gem!
