I got totally screwed at this location. I am recently widowed and wanted to remove my deceased husband's phone and put my mom's phone in his place trying to save us both money. That was all I wanted. By the time I left I was told my plan was old and had to be updated and adding 1 more line would save me money. I was given 2 tablets and I was also told that my phone trade-in promotion was still in place too. I told them numerous times all I wanted was the plan I already had and just switch the 2 phone's. I don't know if this is open? Four times this week I have stopped well within their posted times of being open, today at 4:15 in the afternoon, literally the lights are on but nobody's home
Store hours say it's open but it's 430 and the doors are locked and no one's inside and no one will answer the phone. Called corporate and they said it's supposed to be open and they have no idea why it's currently closed. Plus I was lied to about how much my phone bill was gonna be for the first month by over 100$. I think this place might actually be a scam so be careful everyone and don't believe a single word they say. I'll update this review if I actually get ahold of these Guys. They screwed us and now we have a bill that is way more than we can pay. No resolution either from store or corporate.
