Several weeks ago, I brought a family member with me to get an upgrade from a 4G only phone to a current day 5G phone. We were assisted by Mowdy. Not only did he fully set up the new phone and get it set up with a case and screen protector, he also confirmed that despite the customer service line saying otherwise there was service for T-Mobile's home internet in the area for my family member and set them up with a plan. Watch out for certain employees here that don't give a damn about the customer even if they spend almost 260.00 a month. The only reason 2 stars were given is because the managers and district manager are awesome. Brian the sales rep is also great. The others like Jimmy need to work on their people skills big Time!!. I hope Talia the manager will see this because I have high hopes for staying with this company.
Alfonso was great help definitely helped me out
I have had nothing but good service from this store. Brian took his time and helped me with an issue I would never have resolved on my own. Great staff.
