I took my fiancé to store as he had a replacement phone and needed to transfer phones. Two guys standing there and said we don’t do that. He is legally blind and told them that. They didn’t care. The one guy said then how do you do anything with a phone. This was uncalled for and very poor customer service!
Eric and Danny were very sweet and helpful got my dad two new phones and WiFi very welcoming and moved fast in and out store was extremely clean as well good vibe and music while we waited

My mother in law came in because her phone wasn't working and she also wanted to get me a phone plan for Christmas. The people working the store Danny, and Eric (I hope I spelt that right) helped her reduce the amount she payed monthly, got us upgraded phones for a low cost, got us set up with new accessories, and were overall very sweet! They were very helpful and we had a wonderful experience! Thank you!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
