Very clean and easy to get to our stadium seating. It was also clean and the view was amazing.
I waited 4hr in line for merch but had to give up and go find the seat so I won’t miss the actual show I just don’t understand how we never moved at that point they should’ve opened multiple tables for merch why would you not want to take my money!!! Also they should have more photos of the artist that’s performing that day all over the place as background shots instead of keep switching to all the events we don’t care about other events we’re here for one thing that day. Merch line needs to be more organized
Very gorgeous and clean arena. In a convenient location and just overall very nice. However, I think they underestimated the insanity of k-pop concerts (I think G-Dragon was their first) and merch was a little chaotic and very little information for people lining up. It was a little stressful not knowing when the doors were going to open despite the merch info saying merch would open inside at 4:30 pm but that was apparently only for VIP. Wallet size bags only. Lockers cost $25. Have your tickets up on app in advance or must use WiFi to access. Smart building so, reads everything.
