Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. The employee was very disrespectful and seemed like he was doing everything he could to avoid helping us. Every time we asked for assistance, there was another excuse or reason why he couldn’t help. Instead of trying to solve the issue, he made us feel like we were bothering him. Very unprofessional behavior and definitely not the kind of customer service you would expect from T-Mobile.

Very disappointing experience. The employee who helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. He repeatedly made excuses instead of actually trying to help us, and when we asked questions, his attitude made the situation even more frustrating. We came in expecting basic customer service and left feeling completely ignored. I would not recommend this location based on the way we were treated.

Service of course is very much person to person based on individual needs at the time of the visit but overall I personally think that they have good service over At&t and Xfinity which were my previous cellular companies.
