I thought the help I got a T-Mobile today was exceptional. It was more than I could figure out how to do on my own. I'll be back when I have problems again. Hopefully, not for a very long time and salesperson very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what she was doing.
My cell phone's text messages are changing, and I was mailed an old 5G Gateway. Some of these employees are rude and I would never recommend this location.
Not extremely impressed. Was sold an absolute lie. Then no help in store. Alot of run around and no satisfaction on our end. This is definitely not the company for us. But they got us locked in!
While traveling I accidentally dropped my phone into water, and Annette made the replacement process quick and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions and helped me recover my Apple ID. Tyler (I believe that was his name) was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service all around!
