This place sucks. Management was not helpful and was rude, but waited to be rude until I spent 600. Not going back there.
Horrible service, regularly losing service. Failed speed tests with my remote job repeatedly. Charged automatically despite cancelling service. They do not seem to keep a record of calls from customers to complain or address issues, so you'll find yourself on a revolving door of phone calls with them to resolve the same, and new issues over and over again.
