These guys are scammers, declined to close my account and charged me a whole month of service even while I didn't use a single day of service as I was already transferred to another company. T-Mobile is🗑️
I stopped to upgrade my phone yesterday snd it ended up by the person “helping” me saying because he didn’t confirm what phone I wanted that he was charging a return fee. I don’t think I’ll be paying that.
Best customer service provided by Joselyn. My husband had his phone stolen therefore he needed to purchase a new one. Joselyn went above and beyond to show us how to locate his old phone Unfortunately we had no luck. The phone was turned off.
Useless to come to this one they can't help with anything they just make you call customer care they had no one else to help i was the only person in there and they didn't want too help me
