The people there was not friendly at all they treated me like shit
Just got my pixel pro and broke the screen protector in the first 2 weeks. Nicole was quick to help with a replacement. Excellent service!! Stopped in again this afternoon to get another protector and this time Obinna helped me. The wait was short and he answered all of my questions about the internet plan I have now. He dutifully told me about the new T-Mobile credit card and all of its benefits!! I politely declined. Once again, awesome service!!!
We had a lot of moving parts of changing 1 line from a different account, 1 line from a different carrier, and buying a new phone. Obinna was extremely patient and helpful making sure everything was squared away for us. We really appreciated his help!
