Went to this T-Mobile location today, showed up approximately an hour before close. The team members got to us as soon as they could. Charles and Fred helped us get the new phone set up, and put the screen protector on for us. I didn’t realize that I needed to pay in cash for my trade in, and Charles patiently waited as I rummaged through my car to get the cash I needed to pay with. Everyone here was so nice and helpful! 10/10, highly recommend this store!
Nichole was very helpful, knowledgeable, and capable. Very impressed with her today. Thank you for helping us out today. This is the third location we have talked to and Nichole was the best by far.
Let me just say I went to eldorado store first when I switched from att to Tmobile come to find out in the process something was done incorrectly and my husbands phone didn’t work when I got home! After Calls to att and Tmobile both and nothing figured out finally decided to go to this store in Wichita and when I got there I was greeted with a smile and someone who was sweet and calm as could be! I want to give a huge shout-out to Jorge at the T-Mobile store on N. Rock Road. He went above and beyond to help me when I was having issues with my phone and account. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure everything was taken care of properly.
