I can't rave about my experience enough! Capprianna Sampson has been so helpful and knowledgeable about every single detail of my phone purchase and switch from Verizon. Even helping me after the fact when I did stupid things to my phone after my purchase. 🤦♀ She is an absolute Rockstar! Thank you! 10 out of 10 on the rating scale.
I recently just switched to T-mobile and I wish It was a smoother transition than it was. However every time I come into the store the staff is absolutely wonderful! Capprianna Sampson helped me out today with getting my phone fixed and was very patient. I highly recommend this store and staff!
I contacted the store about a billing question and i walked in somewhat in a huff. The store manager Lindsey Black calmed me down and gave me a solution to fix the problem. Her assistant Capprianna Sampson stayed with me as i contacted customer service and made sure the problem was solved. Highly recommended
Great excellent service!
They didn’t return my devices on time, after the 14 days it was still at store and 4 months later I still have to call corporate every month so that my bill gets adjusted. About 45 mins on the phone every month. Total nonsense, and no one takes responsibility. Will not recommend them to anyone! 1st and last contract with them
