They didn’t return my devices on time, after the 14 days it was still at store and 4 months later I still have to call corporate every month so that my bill gets adjusted. About 45 mins on the phone every month. Total nonsense, and no one takes responsibility. Will not recommend them to anyone! 1st and last contract with them
Visit 4/23 - came in to switch out my old phone to a new one. My mobile expert Daysia was more than helpful making that happen. She explained everything and it was a perfect customer service experience !! 10 out of 10. ✨️

Had a great experience at this location last week. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The manager even colored with my daughter while I was getting the new phone set up! Keep up the good work!
Melvin did an awesome job in retrieving ALL my pictures that was l ok st. In just a few minutes Mdlvin was ab m e to retrieve my lost ppictures and I'm VERY Thankful ffor I r him. Five stars for a job well done
