Brianna was SUPER AMAZING! She got me in and out within 20 minutes! This young lady knew her stuff and was on it! The manager was sweet and was very pleased that I commended Brianna on a job well done! I am VERY HAPPY! You guys ROCK! Happy customer here after all the nonsense I dealt with the 3rd party retailer! What a welcome change!
Came in to exchange a broken phone and Brianna was extremely helpful and fast on getting me in and out. She got me an updated phone with much more storage that I desperately needed. She was a huge help.
Worst customer service ive ever encountered. Incompetence is plentiful and ability abysmal. Ill send letters through the mail before I pay to deal with Incompetence
