before I even entered the store, the overwhelming crowd already revealed the operational collapse unfolding inside. The location was severely understaffed, I was not acknowledged for several minutes, and only afterward was I informed they were having “technical difficulties.” On another note mondays are predictably one of the busiest days of the week, so failing to staff appropriately reflects poor management and lack of preparation. The entire experience felt like watching a business engineer its own chaos in real time.

Hey there, we stopped by this location at Dulles mall , and we got someone to us and her name is Brianna Actually she is very helpful and we appreciate her help at first and second visit at the store

Came on a Sunday morning to get a new phone. Jason was an excellent help - he walked me through options in both phones and service, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me decide on which phone to order and how to do it through the app. I would definitely recommend to others and will go to this store specifically if I need help in the future. Thank you Jason!
