I went into T-Mobile with an issue I was having and initially worked with Jasson. He told me to call T-Mobile Customer Service, which I did. After speaking with them, they told me I needed to return to the store and have an associate call them so they could verify me and access my account. When I returned and asked Jasson to make the call, he refused, saying the store was closing soon—even though there were still about 40 minutes left. Brianna was SUPER AMAZING! She got me in and out within 20 minutes! This young lady knew her stuff and was on it! The manager was sweet and was very pleased that I commended Brianna on a job well done! I am VERY HAPPY! You guys ROCK! Happy customer here after all the nonsense I dealt with the 3rd party retailer! What a welcome change!
