I had a great experience with Samuel. He greeted me right away and was very calm, patient, and helpful. Even though he couldn’t fully fix my issue in-store, he gave me clear steps to follow, and it worked as soon as I got home. He also helped me switch my line and answered my questions about promotions, which led to me getting a new phone at a great price. I left feeling way better than when I came in. Samuel has amazing customer service and is great at what he does.
