Setting up t mobile, when they took over U S Cellular, I said I wanted autopay- was told it was set up - bill was without autopay so $10 higher- will drive to T mobile store, change it, & make salesman sign a paper saying it was done. Hate it, but I trust no one now.

Terrible customer service. Employees were standing around chatting and completely ignored customers. I waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I came to return a T-Mobile Internet router after customer service told me I could return it in-store. The employee insisted they couldn’t take it and was dismissive when I explained what customer service had told me. Joshua Moon helped my family past closing time to make sure we got all set up. Got a great deal when switching 4 phones from US Cellular. We have lots more mobile data now! Had to return to the store to return phones as part of the trade in process, made sure to come back when he was in since he’s a great sales rep and employee for T-mobile!
