Tracy is absolutely terrible. He said he can’t call customer service and make me call them and wait for 25 minutes getting nowhere. But when a girl from the same ethnicity Came in the store he gladly called customer service and dealt with it for her. Then John, came to try to save the day. All in all, they do not know what they’re doing, avoid this store.
Milton was super helpful! Got me everything I needed and explained everything thoroughly, with a freindly domeanor. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a new home internet plan!
