Bad services staff need training
Absolutely the best always helpful with us very knowledgeable.
I have never been to a location that does not know how to change the phone's settings. . So now my mother has to wait , who was disabled and illegally blind until another store , opens up the following day in order to get her phone serviced correctly so that she can use it. This makes absolutely no sense that I have to leave a t mobile that I am currently at to go to a different team mobile to get my mother's phone swit he'd to Google voice. Store manager Matt was extremely rude and combative. Refused to listen to or try to resolve any of the issues I visited “his” store for , then basically called me stupid and told me to leave “his” store. I have been with t mobile 15+years, and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated. Due to this interaction I’m willing to forego all of the perks of being a long time customer, to move my service to a new carrier who might place an inkling of value into a faithful customer.,and speak to me as a human.
