I have never been to a location that does not know how to change the phone's settings. . So now my mother has to wait , who was disabled and illegally blind until another store , opens up the following day in order to get her phone serviced correctly so that she can use it. This makes absolutely no sense that I have to leave a t mobile that I am currently at to go to a different team mobile to get my mother's phone swit he'd to Google voice. Store manager Matt was extremely rude and combative. Refused to listen to or try to resolve any of the issues I visited “his” store for , then basically called me stupid and told me to leave “his” store. I have been with t mobile 15+years, and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated. Due to this interaction I’m willing to forego all of the perks of being a long time customer, to move my service to a new carrier who might place an inkling of value into a faithful customer.,and speak to me as a human. Worst customer service at this location. Love t mobile, but was treated very poorly here. Representative was very dismissive and rude, like she didn’t want to be there. Honestly, the vibe was contagious, and made me regret going into this store in the first place. Seriously thinking about switching to a different company
Was told 10 min wait time. Lady employee helped the customer in front of me and disappeared for 30 mins. Literally had a quick thing i needed help with but they made it an hr long process. Would never recommend t mobile to my worst enemy.
