I recently bought the iphone 16e formy 11 year old daughter and she loves it and she is always playing 99 nights on her iPad and it would always glitch so I hot her this new iphone and no more glitches for us!!
Went in here with a broken phone there were 2 employees one in his 20s another in his 30s the younger one spoke with me and it started off okay until I told him I was tired he then with all his experience talking to customers decided lying was the best option so I customer service rep that's about 20 years old telling me he has 2 kids and there 3 miscarriages to say he was tired too.
