Went to get a second line with my wife but ended up being charged for the third line that was supposed to be free. 🤦🏽♂️ We went again to fix this issue the store manager Juan Quintero promised us a credit for this surcharge by today Saturday. This is the second time I told him this is so frustrating not professionalism at all.
