This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Every single time I called T-Mobile customer support for help, I was told they couldn’t assist me over the phone and that I had to go into the store instead. After being sent to the store for the third time to resolve the same issue, I finally gave up and canceled my Home Internet service. husband called to ask about adding me on to line coming from at&t and asked about any promotions, carlos gotta big attitude and he was super impatient and hung up on the phone rudely. this isn't even on management, some people really just have no patience/don't know how to communicate respectfully/patiently. definitely won't be coming back to this specific location to extend any sort of business interaction since they're so unkind. thanks for nothing carlos!!
