Just the worst. I paid with my debit card full price for a iphone. They never refunded me after I bought the new one. They double charged me. Going on 2 months NO ONE at Tmobile will be responsible. They literally stole the money from my account and I returned the iphone and they confirmed its returned and they received it. Wow Straight up thieving
We knew our situation was very complicated and would likely take a lot of time to resolve, but we decided to call anyway, hoping they might be able to help. From the very first phone call, they were kind, patient, and willing to assist, which gave us the confidence to visit the store. The customer service experience that I received by the phone expert at this location was extremely unprofessional. He never made eye contact with me and just brushed off what I said as insignificant. My dad was present with me during this. He gave my dad a completely different experience. He was respectful and looked him in the eye. His actions were very degrading. This needs to be corrected so no other woman or any other customer in general ever experiences this kind of degrading treatment.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Every single time I called T-Mobile customer support for help, I was told they couldn’t assist me over the phone and that I had to go into the store instead. After being sent to the store for the third time to resolve the same issue, I finally gave up and canceled my Home Internet service.
