If you’re shopping for an iPhone I strongly recommend you to go to the Bayshore T-mobile store #4SFW I was fortunate enough to be helped by a super smart and incredibly patient sales associate named Ditter! I had so many questions that needed to be answered and I was there for quite awhile. Ditter took the time to answer them ALL and he even pointed things out that things that I was not aware of. I ended up buying not one but 2 iPhones that day.
On my fourth visit to replace my screen protector, a service that I understood could be utilized an unlimited number of times with insurance, the item was once again out of stock. The only option available was the "privacy" version, which requires an additional purchase. During my initial visit, it was discovered that the insurance was not linked to the device in question but to a different line entirely.
