Came to this location yesterday at 6:23pm because website states it closes at 8pm. Update your hours so people don't waste time.
Was in RP store last week. Just bought a new phone from them the day before. My voicemail was not working. I was unable to set it up. I explained this to the guy and he said “go to Best Buy and ask for Geek Squad”. Ummm what??!!! I promptly went to the SR store. The guy there sat and tried to fix it for a half hour. When I told him about the Best Buy referral he could not believe I was told To do that.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I understand this is a T-Mobile authorized retailer, so I don't expect every plan to be available here — that's fair. But the customer service was what really struck me. I was looking for a plan for a backup phone, so I needed something with very minimal usage. The only option I was offered was the $50/month prepaid plan with a $25 activation fee — which didn't come close to matching what I needed, and the fact that it was proposed to me made it feel like my needs hadn't bee... read more
The white guy never help I go 5times here and he say go to Santa Rosa Petaluma why they pay him he just sit outside and use his phone please look on it may be he is manager
