I had a disappointing experience at this location. I understand this is a T-Mobile authorized retailer, so I don't expect every plan to be available here — that's fair. But the customer service was what really struck me. I was looking for a plan for a backup phone, so I needed something with very minimal usage. The only option I was offered was the $50/month prepaid plan with a $25 activation fee — which didn't come close to matching what I needed, and the fact that it was proposed to me made it feel like my needs hadn't bee... read more
The white guy never help I go 5times here and he say go to Santa Rosa Petaluma why they pay him he just sit outside and use his phone please look on it may be he is manager
Guess what T-Mobile does accept green cards as an ID Thanks for giving us horrible service
