Miguel did an amazing job with my upgrade. He thoroughly explained the process for the credits and the benefits of insurance.
My daughter and I went in right when they opened to upgrade our phones and make changes (this process can take a minute and be pretty tedious) Michele was so incredibly patient and helped us from start to finish to make sure we had everything in order all while assisting customers that had come into the store (she was alone until noon!). She was very personable, upfront and funny! :) TOTALLY appreciated her help with everything we had to do.
