I'm supposed to pick up my replacement phone today. The store hours are until 8 pm. I called at 5:30 pm NO ANSWER! I had an appointment so I got to the store at 7 pm. Store is locked up and EMPTY!!! Now here I am another day without my phone, have to travel a half hour from home to get to the store and it's closed with no warning!!! When I had another carrier they mailed the damn phone directly to me. One time even to my work!!!! Why do I have to go through this drama with TMOBILE??
