I had such an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store IN DOYLESTOWN PA MERCET SQUARE and felt compelled to share it. The manager Wade and sales associate Henry truly went above and beyond to help me upgrade my plan and get a new phone—all while I had my two toddlers with me, which can make any errand a challenge. 2 gentleman helped me when I some how deactivated my accounts. Went in person, had it fixed in few minutes. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed with both the store and T-Mobile. Has taken over a week to replace a broken I phone that had insurance. Four trips to the store. Five calls to customer care. No phone. We were told stores don’t replace phones to call customer service. Customer service says go to the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped at the store during advertised hours and doors were locked. Went back a second time and no one was there. I can see why this T-Mobile store has such bad reviews. Maybe they’re out of business.
