I am very disappointed with T-Mobile’s customer service and the way my account has been handled. When I signed up two years ago, I was told I would receive two free trackers with my phone plan. Later, I discovered that I was being charged for them, and when I returned them, I was charged a return fee, even though the staff acknowledged that they originally told me they were free. T-Mobile in Doylestown gets 5 stars! They dealt with Verizon’s inept service to switch us to T-Mobile, and Verizon just couldn’t (or wouldn’t) get their act together (2 HOURS). Mohammad and friend were GREAT, helped by Johnathan.
I wanted to switch, I went in on a Sunday. A guy with curly hair and a beard answered maybe 2-3 questions I had over 5 minutes max, no one else in the store. When I went to leave, because I wasn’t ready to commit right then, as I walked out he said “thanks for wasting my time”. Save yourself some time a pick a different location, or better yet a different carrier.
Absolutely an amazing experience, the sales associates Awad and Wesley provided me with perfect service. Very sweet and patient with me as I am not very tech savvy. They helped me with a couple of problems I had that had nothing to do with T-mobile out of the kindness of their hearts. May the lord bless these men🥰🥰🥰
Wesley was very knowledgeable and helpful great customer service will be back!
