Save yourself some time and from getting upset avoiding this store. I would give zero stars if I could. I have had poor experiences in the past in this store, but today was the worst of my life. Their customer experience is below deplorable and this particular associate J is extremely rude, unprofessional and clueless. this store is nothing but rude and not helpful at all avoid this store at all costs and im a 30 year customer and left them. did so much better with verizion 3 storefronts over and they said that people come over very often after dealing with this particular store. crude rude and obnoxious would be my take on them

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes and it was like I didnt even exist. Nobody said hi or asked how they could help, they just pretended like we did not even exist. I left without getting my issue resolved. Helping 2 costumers only for about 45-55 mins is madness.

I have gotten hundreds of dollars stolen from me by Juaquin. He told us if we switched to a plan we would get a free phone. He lied. So my bill went up over $200 more a month. Luckily, the store manager fixed that issue for me. Another black gentleman, not sure of his name because he never introduces himself, is very rude and unprofessional. Originally went to ask a question was told it wasn't a sales level problem and needed to call T-Mobile, so I did and then was told to go back to store and have the employee do something on their end. I kept customer service on phone and when completed the employee told me to get out and shut the door behind me. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Called customer support after to report and get a refund and was told it needed to be escalated. Keep in mind, I'm a female and this was a male employee.
