I switched from AT&T 2 months ago at this store. Since that time, I've had to spend the upwards of 8 hours on the phone with T-Mobile to ensure my bill/plan was set up correctly and my owed credits were applied to my bill and paid to me as promised. Not a good experience.

Awad was just amazing with us to set us up with T-Mobile. He worked with us to get the best plan for us plus our daughter. I would definitely recommend this place and Awad.

I am very disappointed with T-Mobile’s customer service and the way my account has been handled. When I signed up two years ago, I was told I would receive two free trackers with my phone plan. Later, I discovered that I was being charged for them, and when I returned them, I was charged a return fee, even though the staff acknowledged that they originally told me they were free. I was also told that my phone was included for free with my plan and that I could upgrade every two years by only paying the tax on the phone. Yest... read more

T-Mobile in Doylestown gets 5 stars! They dealt with Verizon’s inept service to switch us to T-Mobile, and Verizon just couldn’t (or wouldn’t) get their act together (2 HOURS). Mohammad and friend were GREAT, helped by Johnathan.

I wanted to switch, I went in on a Sunday. A guy with curly hair and a beard answered maybe 2-3 questions I had over 5 minutes max, no one else in the store. When I went to leave, because I wasn’t ready to commit right then, as I walked out he said “thanks for wasting my time”. Save yourself some time a pick a different location, or better yet a different carrier.
