I went in over the weekend to upgrade my phone. The store has no phones in stock so everything has to be ordered. The employee used my phone to process the order and I thought all was good and left. Shortly after, I noticed that the employee ordered me an incorrect device. The next day I received a text congratulating me on my 2 additional lines that were added to my account.
