Izzy and Henry helped me on Sunday. They were FABULOUS!!!! I switched my service and it is a tedious and daunting task. In all my years with phone providers, and dealing with so much information, both of these young men were open, honest and so helpful. I honestly felt like they were friends. They made the experience so much easier and not nearly as overwhelming as it can be. I highly recommend the Doylestown store for any and all T mobile needs and to go in an ask for Henry or Izzy! Great kids!! 10 out of 10!!

Want in to port a number to tmobile on one of my available lines. Was greeted by two store associates by so called names of MJ and Henry. Ended up misleading me for a free Samsung 8 watch saying that fjustvhad to pay taxes. Turns out if was going to be an extra $17 per month. Ended up calling a T Mobile corporate to file a complaint. Rep was nice and handled call professionally. Do not go to this store unless you want to be misled. Did not feel comfortable with associates speaking Arabic in front of me either.
I had such an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store IN DOYLESTOWN PA MERCET SQUARE and felt compelled to share it. The manager Wade and sales associate Henry truly went above and beyond to help me upgrade my plan and get a new phone—all while I had my two toddlers with me, which can make any errand a challenge.
