DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!! Went to replace my phone due to a manufacturer problem. Ordered the phone, went to the store with my phone to do the swap. They had me remove my screen protector, when doing so it cracked. Then they said they can't swap the phone due to the screen was pulling from the phone. This was not what it was being replaced for. Then said make claim to get a new screen protector for the old phone that I had to leave with. Poor customer service, asked to speak with a manager and there was no available to help... read more
