I had to go here for something real quick after work, I show up at 7pm mind you hours online say they are open till 8 , go pull on the door handle its locked, look up at the hours sign , it says open until 8pm daily, the guy comes and tries convincing me they close at 7, if you close at 7 it will should say everywhere your hours are until 7.
Waited 2 hours to be seen, they only have one person working smh
It’s 10:30 on a Monday no one is here and the hours clearly say open at 10, online and here on the window. I called and as I stood outside and no one answered.
I'd give 0 stars, but they dont allow that, and poor Dante up front was doing his best, and I ultimately walked out with a new phone for my husband. But whoever the manager is, was just hanging in the back room, and when Dante (front sales rep) kept going back to ask questions, I heard him degrading and swearing at him trying to explain a particular promotion. He never once came out to help Dante, and I was in the store for over an hour. Several phone calls came in for him (unknown manager) and he was "busy in the back room"... read more
Closes at 7pm not 8pm and you will get major attitude if u go in anytime close to 7pm.
