Donte I believe his name was, very respectful, understanding and so many ways! We had issues with our phones and as we waited he said happy Mother’s Day to my mother and had so many amazing things to say and amazing responses to customers! Definitely a great store!

Went in to try to switch my phone plan from AT&T and had to leave before I could really talk to anyone. It has to be over 80 degrees in that store, not sure how you could sit and switch phone plans the whole time with that heat. I have COPD and I can’t breathe in that heat. They need to fix that if they want customers!!!!!!
Walked into the store on Monday April 13th. Store was 83 degrees according to the thermostat. The workers said the a/c hasn’t worked for weeks. What poor management of a store to allow this, and to force your employees to just deal with it, is completely unacceptable. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised with the other reviews of incompetent management here. To whoever reads this go to any other Tmobile store. To management, Do better.
