Maidul was very helpful
Luanna was exceptional. She answered all of my concerns. Was very knowledgeable of current sales and promotions. In fact the other staff could take some pointers and tips from her. She was just exceptional, super knowledgeable.
Chris was absolutely wonderful, very very rude people in the store with no patience. But Chris continues to hold his composure and helps everybody with an urgency that I’ve never seen. Keep up the good work kind sir !
I used t mobile for about 2 years and always came to this place and got service. The team has changed and every time I go there is a problem. I am a customer and they did not solve my problem. They do not know how to talk to the customer. I don't go there and get free service, I get service with my own money. Customer satisfaction is lacking in this team. This place is a scam and always finds a way to waste your time if you come in to pay your bill with cash & they see people lined up they tell them we only take card if you only have card then they only take cash I came to pay bill and they convince me to get a upgrade that was canceled because of trickery Chris & whatever the Spanish girl name should be fired .
