I chose T-Mobile because the service was excellent. I almost never go to a physical store but this time it was necessary and it was very unpleasant. I thought maybe it was not a good day and I just let it go but on my last visit it was the same cold service. The first time I couldn't log into my business account because they didn't put me as an authorized person for my own business, crazy right? Horrible el servicio, nos hicieron esperar 1 hora y nos fuimos a casa para resolver por el teléfono como nos indicaron y al final cuando volvimos el manager nos indicó que esperaran (Kevin) y al final esperaron el momento de cierre para decirnos que no nos podían atender. Son malísimo en el servicio !!!! Con actitud de perro!

Would give 0 stars if possible. The associates at this store facilitate identify theft and fraud. Update: I have emailed the address below and received a bounce back that the mailbox is full, so this is not helpful…
