I gave this score because of the outstanding service I received from Katerin at the T-Mobile store in Boonton, NJ. She was extremely professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting two other T-Mobile locations without getting an answer or a solution, Katerin took the time to understand my situation. Walked in on saturday afternoon with a persistent virus situation. Although I learned that s really not what they do, ( primarily new sales), they immediately offered to help. Problem was solved in minutes. I will remembee that kind of service for my next upgrade. Thanks again Boonton staff!
