Amazing service! Saif, the associate who helped me was so knowledgeable, helpful & kind. He made the whole experience seamless, quick & easy. He made sure I got all the promotions available to me and ensured everything was handled properly. Would definitely recommend this location for your T-mobile needs!
These people won’t answer the calls or respond to the custumers I have ordered a mobile last Friday and it’s not yet delivered till date they said it will be delivered by Wednesday and today is Friday and no one is responding to calls
No staff. Long wait
Lack of human resource, there is only 1 person to handle customer service, i went with my family to got new phones but the agent is busy taking 1 customer and it took him an hour we came back by wasting all our time in waiting for our turn!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The workers here have terrible customer service skills and are just trying to scam you into getting the most expensive plan and don’t listen to anything you need. The guy that tried to help us was pretty much a used car sales man the way he tried to sell us a plan and the girls that were there looked at us like they were mad we even walked in and asked to join T-Mobile.
