I went to the Riverton store this morning to add a line to my plan for my son. Literally in the middle of my question, the employee was called over by another employee to help with another customer, and she left without saying to excuse her to wait a moment. I waited for her to return for a good 10 minutes, and when she came back to the desk, she x-ed out of all my information and called out for someone to help this other customer, who was from Verizon and was looking to switch.
