DO NOT go here, go to the official Tmobile store about 10 mins away. People are horrible here. The lady put a wrong SIM card in my phone and when I mentioned it and asked to switch, she started to argue and ended up throwing my phone on the ground. While other customers were present! Absolutely horrible service. I have filed a report with the T-Mobile directly. Given other reviews, I am also filing full audit review with the IRS.
Great service from Yahir today! The manager carmen and the Rep Stephanie had a bit of an attitude.
