What great customer service here!! The employees were very non-pressure and patient with me while I debated for over 45 minutes about which phone to buy. After making my decision, during checkout, there was a massive fiasco attempting to get my number changed and getting my phone up and running in general- ALL CAUSED BY ME, of course. Their patience, kindness, humor and knowledge got all of us through in one piece, and I would absolutely go to them to have any problems or concerns resolved, over and over! They completely lied to us about how much our bill would be. Complete shock when our bill doubled after paying off our phones right when we signed up for a plan. Straight up lied to our faces.
I talked to the sales associate Laird and he was super friendly and helpful! While I wasn't looking to buy a phone today he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this store!
