Jesus helped our whole family switch phones and plans and helped make the process smooth and was great about helping us to get the best plan and available discounts!
Rich and Mike helped us out so much! They were truly kind and helpful people who assisted us in navigating multiple hurdles in bringing our phone lines over to tmobile. They did absolutely everything they could in their power to make sure everything was done right by us. So again thank you again to Rich and Mike for spending their afternoon assisting us!
Even though my phone wasn't fixable, with our plan we could get another for cheap, and even though it took ages to transfer the data, the customer service was so good that i still enjoyed my time there! Osai, you are the man! :)
Very helpful. No wait when I went close to opening time. Set up my new phone, syncing with my old phone quickly and efficiently!
