My favorite store to go too they are very Friendly and helpful, I have been going to this store for over 5 years and I have been to many T-mobile stores this is the one to go too
We switched 2 lines from ATT to T-Mobile and got new phones. The service was nice and they were very accommodating. Then we received our 1st full bill showing 6 lines. We got 2 of the lines removed and was told that the other 2 we had to wait until the promotion kicks in. So we went back today to get them removed and it was as nice and friendly as it should have been. They eventually removed the lines. Supposedly next month our bill should be $80 in service charges. $55 in equipment charges and about $20 in taxes. We'll see ... read more
