I had some technical issues after buying a new phone with data transfers. No problem at all for Drew! He navigated through my old phone and was able to get all my data over before backing up the old phone. I'm very satisfied and a 10/10 for his service.
I had the best experience with Alex at T-Mobile, had some issues with my phone, he was understanding, very professional and patient! I highly recommend this store for all your T-Mobile needs.
