Went in yesterday to try to return my old cellphone to get a credit back on my old phone which was all boxed up with a shipping label already on it and I was told after waiting 20 minutes they no longer take them....Not only is it on their website that their retail locations take these back, but also a customer service representative over the phone also told me any retail location will take them. So either someone is lying..or their website and customer service staff is outdated and they need to upgrade their policies. This ... read more
