RUN! The staff at this location are great, but TMobile is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I had AT&T and was hoping for better coverage, but it isn't. Their 611 call center is a joke and you will never get anyone who knows what they are doing. We were quoted one price, which the first bill arrived at. Then the 2nd bill went up almost $100 because they failed to transfer one of our numbers correctly, and charged us for a whole new line on the account. I have spent countless hours on the phone and in the store ... read more
