Beware of this retailer!!! Know what promotions are available to you , know what kind of phone you want before shopping here. They will oversell you, hold information on how your bill/ plan will change, mis inform on offers/ promotions. They added a new line to my account with no phone attached to it with the promise of getting a credit towards my new phone NEVER HAPPENED I also purchased a protection plan for my new phone they attached it to the new line that had no phone! Extremely unhelpful and rude. They messed up admitted to it and still didn't fix the issue. Had my elderly aunt in tears.
Horrible experience as a new T-Mobile customer. One my bill is more than double what I was quoted. Second, I called this location to simply ask some questions, and BIG SHOCKER, not their problem. Instructed I call the store where I signed up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service! Do not want to go to store I signed up at because they lied about what the bill would be, added phone protection after specially declining on all lines. Customer care is a 2hr wait. Visited this T-Mobile authorized retailer today and was delighted with their level of service and customer focus! Signed up for their internet service and it was actually easy to set up like they said! Crystal and Nelly were both awesome & knowledgeable and told the truth! Everything their competitor AT&T is NOT! I will direct all my friends to this location!!
They don’t help you they only want your money horrible don’t go here u can get better deals online or over the phone
