Went in yesterday to try to return my old cellphone to get a credit back on my old phone which was all boxed up with a shipping label already on it and I was told after waiting 20 minutes they no longer take them....Not only is it on their website that their retail locations take these back, but also a customer service representative over the phone also told me any retail location will take them.
