We switched 2 lines from ATT to T-Mobile and got new phones. The service was nice and they were very accommodating. Then we received our 1st full bill showing 6 lines. We got 2 of the lines removed and was told that the other 2 we had to wait until the promotion kicks in. So we went back today to get them removed and it was as nice and friendly as it should have been. They eventually removed the lines. Supposedly next month our bill should be $80 in service charges. $55 in equipment charges and about $20 in taxes. We'll see ... read more

RUN! The staff at this location are great, but TMobile is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I had AT&T and was hoping for better coverage, but it isn't. Their 611 call center is a joke and you will never get anyone who knows what they are doing. We were quoted one price, which the first bill arrived at. Then the 2nd bill went up almost $100 because they failed to transfer one of our numbers correctly, and charged us for a whole new line on the account.
