It was the best experience i have ever had at a cellphone company the gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly and had great hospitality his name was La’Marr ,so happy I switched over to T-Mobile
Terrible customer service , employees act like your there to bother them can’t even pretend to try and help � , rather go to the store on Cass or Collins whatever street it’s on, smaller with like 2 employees but they are super nice and HELPFUL .
