When we started, we were promised 2 lines for 80 plus a third line free. I have had to call every month to have someone credit the third line. This month, I was told that the people who had given me the credit had done so in error and that I should not have gotten the third line for free despite having been told so when we switched to T-Mobile. Be assured that we will be switching to another carrier that follows through on what they promise.
