I highly recommend this location. Michelle is fantastic and resolved my wife's phone issues without delay. We will travel to willowbrook to see her as she is moving to that location. Give her a raise. Associates like Michelle are rare these days.

T-mobile is the worst line, and u guys know why cuz they charge you extra, if anyone of you guys get it, then you will be sitting at home crying. They tell you wrong things and then later on, they change there mind, this is fucking hilarious, First of all the lines are garbage and they tell u wrong stuff. I'm done with t-mobile, I curse them out. I would suggest everyone to not get t-mobile or anything other lines, just buy a phone and put a sim in there, fuck you t-mobile!

Whatever hideous and unprofessional horrible human being you hired to manage this establishment needs to be fired. We just visited this location at 3:00pm Saturday September 24th and the acting manager was an ugly awful person to us. She singlehandedly lost you several customers today. Customers interested in buying 800$ phones. You lost a lot of business because her today.

I went there to see about getting a new phone and they gave me a great option and when I heard I didn't have to put any $ down it was like Christmas again....I went to the one on the 1st floor and they were pretty great with their customer service.
