I am writing to report an unpleasant and confusing experience I had today at this T-Mobile store while attempting to return my T-Mobile equipment. When I arrived at the store, the store manager, Sergio, immediately told me rudely that the store does not accept equipment returns and that I needed to go to UPS instead. This directly contradicted what I had been told earlier by T-Mobile Customer Care, who clearly stated that returning equipment to any authorized T-Mobile store is an available option.
