Excelente servicio, hice la compra de minoicel 10 pro, recibí un buen soporte, respuesta y ayuda.
Me parece un falta de respeto que en este lugar no tengan ética de trabajo la asesora SANDRA muy mala atención y juegan con el tiempo de los clientes. Cuando vine a cancelar una factura ella me ofreció una línea que era gratuita le dije que no era necesario que no la usaría ella me reitero en varias ocaciones que si no la llevaba igual la perdería y ahora me están descontando de mi tarjeta el pago de la línea que según era gratis cuando yo ni siquiera la e usado No la recomiendo para nada a Sandra
PLEASE STAY AWAY from this store. Sergio is a grimy little scammer. He claimed to have given me "free lines", lied to me, misled me, and was still charging me for lines that I said to take off! Someone from a corporate store warned me that another store got shut down for things like this. Make these people receive their karma.
