I am dealing with a nightmare. I switched phone carriers after being with Verizon for 10 years. They gave me a promotion where we traded in phones bought iPads, apple watches, etc. They said they would pay the remaining balance on my Verizon phone. I recently switched back to TMobile from another carrier. For whatever reason one of the lines being ported over just wouldn’t work. Izzy at the Remington location in Littleton went above and beyond to get it fixed. He spent hours working with tech support to figure out the problem. On top of that, he was very pleasant and patient with my frustration. I don’t know what this guy gets paid but he deserves a raise!
These guys did an excellent job resolving my Samsung S23 Bluetooth connection problems!
Staff is great! Answered all my questions and took the time to listen to me and they even gave me great service recommendations to help me get more value! Daniel & Diego were great!
