I'm so angry. They pressured me into upgrading my phone and told me that a watch was included and I could just take it. I confirmed this multiple times, and the salesperson even wrote down the numbers on a board to show me that there would be no extra charges. However, when I received my bill the following month, there was an unknown line item added, resulting in unfair charges. --My boyfriend and his family were excited to upgrade their devices and continue as T-Mobile customers. Unfortunately, they left this store angry, disappointed, and with OVER $100 IN UNEXPECTED CHARGES on their bill. --DAY 1: We visited the store to upgrade the first phone.
