They were nice when I was there but they ended up using shady selling tactics for up selling anything and everything. They gave me 2 tablets as a promotion promising they were free. I had them confirm several times and they kept reassuring me and used a whiteboard to show me the price of what I'd be paying. After I got my first bill I ended up signing up 4 new lines for those tablets along with a protection package. My bill went up $150/month and I had to dispute it. Don't let them upsell you on anything.
I went in the store to only get a new phone because my phone was damaged and they kept trying to push a watch and iPad. I really just wanted a replacement phone. So the rep was in the back while taking the call with T-mobile. I had to finish my phone set up online at home and I say hey what is my new bill with the new phone.. they said 105 in store. Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes hoping someone would finally help me with my billing issue, only to leave feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. The female employee was rude, dismissive, and unable to answer my questions. She simply opened T-Life on my phone and showed me prices that had nothing to do with what I was asking.
