We got scammed. We signed up for a 3 day trial to see if the service worked in our house since it’s a dead zone, went back to the store afterwards to cancel our trial and then they said they could not cancel in the middle of the billing cycle. So we called T-Mobile and they said the same thing, they don’t do trials and they don’t cancel in the middle of a billing cycle. So now we’re stuck with a $100.00 bill. Excelente trato siempre que voy no me puedo quejar
went into the store to upgrade, employees didn't think the transaction was worth there while, since they realized was not taking insurance. Moving forward i wouldn't be coming here for activations or anything
Don’t come here go to a real T-Mobile store. Nice but not super aware of what they are doing fully. Wanted them to upgrade or cancel my box. Waited like 3 hours I asked could they just cancel it, they said the manager wasn’t there for them to take it (T-Mobile over the phone told me to come here). Instead of saying they weren’t sure how to help me keep my services and fees the same they upgraded my box and told me to come back in 40 days to return the old one and not to cancel it and that my bill would remain the same. This store is the reason im leaving tmobile all together after being an almost 20 year customer. They signed me up for a plan that is 55+ ONLY, i am not 55+ they did so with out any mention of it, all they did was tell me how much my bill was increasing which was not by much but I was getting 2 additional lines, seemed to good to be true fast forward a few weeks after tmobile realized I wasnt 55+ and eligible for that rate my bill more than doubles and tmobile wouldn't do a thing to correct it even though it was the store ma... read more
