I had went into the store because I needed help sorting somethings out. Right away, the manager Kyle helped me out! He was amazing, patient and extremely knowledgeable!

This store is AWFUL. I went into the store on 1/28 to upgrade my phone. Store associate Ricardo completely scammed me adding 2 lines to my account without consent to “give me a discount.” He additionally continued to LIE about a “free” Apple Watch that was “included” this also shockingly was not free. I'm so angry. They pressured me into upgrading my phone and told me that a watch was included and I could just take it. I confirmed this multiple times, and the salesperson even wrote down the numbers on a board to show me that there would be no extra charges. However, when I received my bill the following month, there was an unknown line item added, resulting in unfair charges. They also charged me monthly for a screen protector, charger, and phone case that they had said were free. I'm now facing about $200 more in charges... read more
