You would think going in person would be faster than calling T-Mobile. That’s not the case. Don’t waste your day to get nothing done. Call instead.
The only way any of this would’ve been possible me getting my daughter such an expensive phone was the help I received from Kyle and he wasn’t even there when I made the purchase unfortunately, I wish he was. I dealt with somebody else who didn’t really make sure things were taken care of the way they should However, Kyle gave me all the information that I needed.
