I’ve been to this place several times and always been great. This time yesterday I went to upgrade my phone and had two lines added to my account without my authorization. I’m spending two hours to get this rectified. They did this purposely because of the questions they were asking. I should have known better but was distracted. AVOID THIS STORE (NOT A T-MOBILE STORE) I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this "T-Mobile" (Arch Telecom) location. During my visit, I agreed to four lines of service; however, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for seven lines — including three tracking devices that were never discussed or authorized during our interaction. Essentially, those SYNC-UP tracking devices were added to my bill and never given to me at that store! Ricardo helped me upgrade my plan, get a new phone, and surprised me with a promotion that not only saved me money each month but provided me with 2 free tablets! I cannot express how helpful he was during the whole process. I had a million questions and he answered each one thoroughly. Definitely come to this store for all your needs. I went to a different store and did not have the same experience. The staff here is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars!
