Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes hoping someone would finally help me with my billing issue, only to leave feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. The female employee was rude, dismissive, and unable to answer my questions. She simply opened T-Life on my phone and showed me prices that had nothing to do with what I was asking. Horrible and unprofessional store, total scammers trying to push deals constantly. I walked in asking for a phone and all they want is to change my existing 10+ years old plan because they said I will save money, but when adding extra lines and devices saves you money? Never!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by the T-Mobile store in Bergenfield to get help setting up my eSIM, and the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything activated quickly without any hassle. They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Great customer service !
