My husband called and asked to speak to a manager. She said her name was Lisandra. She was rude and obnoxious. My husband had questions about changing his phone and she dismissed him and was rushing him like she didn't have time for him. She took his phone number and then hung up on him. What kind of service is this? This manager is suppose to be a leader and role model for her team. She needs to get a course on customer service!
