T-5 mobile openly discriminates against older phones by not supporting them on their network. needed phone to work whilst traveling around states, loaded slower than dial up on their mobile data. absolutely discriminatory and crap, programmed obseletion leading to consumer culture and even more unnecessary use of earth's resources.
Bait and switch...have never done an upgrade where what they offer over the phone is what you get. They dont held their representatives accountable for the offers made over the phone and then you end up paying for their mistakes. After over 12 years I am looking to change providers
Skip Tmobile - fine when it works - completely useless when you need Customer Service.
