Helpful & friendly service
Tmobile was on of the better phone companies I had delt with-good service for a good price. Until recently. I added a line which is no big deal but then was offered a free line. Cool. So I decided I'd get my daughter on the plan as well. A month later, I get the bill which was over $200 to find out that one of the associates in this store had added a smartwatch without my knowledge and consent.
