Fantastic customer service! This T-Mobile store is the best in the area! Highly recommend!
Well taken care of by the crew here. Explained everything and answered questions I had. They stuck with me through the whole process. Looking forward to saving some serious cash with T-Mobile as a ex-Verizon customer. Highly recommend any folks in Washington area to check them out and at least compare pricing/plans. You may be surprised- as I was! Only regret was not "getting off the couch" and switching earlier.
