I went to this store because I wanted to see a specific phone in person before purchasing it. When I asked a employee if they had the phone model on display they told me "Yeah, we have it on display. But you're not allowed to try it. If you want to actually use it, you need to leave and go elsewhere." So that's exactly what I did. If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience on 8/1 at 7pm. Walked in the store and two employees are too busy on their cell phones to get up and assist a customer. Was looking for a case to purchase for my new 16 plus. I told the young lady who sat behind the desk playing on her phone that I needed a case and she simply pointed towards the wall and said the cases were over there. Just totally unprofessional.

Terrible customer service !! I was quoted one thing and my bill is sky rocket high. I use to work for T-Mobil so I know how things work. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this location !!

TLDR; I was told to leave this T-Mobile "store" seconds after entering because one staff member said I was "messing up her conversions" and her manager was going to "call her about it" unless I was going to buy something. Was at the mall with my family on 5/25/2025 and decided to check out some new phones since I was considering upgrading soon and I was in the area. Abusive sales tactics and downright lying that cross lines down to borderline fraud. If you wanna be lied to, gaslighted, treated like you’re stupid, then threatened to have security called after they finally started getting under your skin you’ve found the place to be! It all started with this “promo” they peddled as “breaking even” and being “zero cost to me.” They INSISTED these two tablets would have no cost, no monthly cost, etc. FREE FREE FREE.
