We went to transfer phone . Young man started the transfer out side store entrance .the Samsung started okay but this kid didn’t follow thru he gave it back and said to go to Best Buy they charge 40 to 100 $ what a crock he also said send it back. There was nothing wrong with this phone we went to a T mobile in delray authorized store .it was done in 30 minutes all he had to do was lay the phones down next to each other and the transfer took 30 minutes.that jerk at the mall almost cost us $ for no reason.

They never have a manager available to help with screen protector replacement. It’s stupid that they need one for something so simple in the first place.
