Yesterday was my second time coming to this store and I had the best experience, just like the first time. Jordi, is amazing and so helpful. He was so patient, kind, and funny! BEWARE! The people who work at this store only care if you are there for new service or to open a new line. If you go in for an upgrade, they will pretend to look for a phone in the back (although confirming they did have it) and their manager will tell them exactly what to say and walk out as if he didnt just tell the employee to lie to you about the phone.
