I dread going into the T-Mobile store, but we needed to switch service to a new phone. In the past, I’ve spent hours waiting for phones/iClouds to connect. Today, Atom helped us in less than 10 mins! Not only was it a painless experience, Atom was so personable that the stop was enjoyable.

I am extremely disappointed with T-Mobile’s service. Since switching from AT&T after more than 20 years, I’ve had nothing but frustration with Tmobile. I made it very clear to both the salesperson and store manager when I signed up with Tmobile that my reason for leaving AT&T was because of fluctuating monthly bills. They assured me that wouldn’t be the case with T-Mobile and promised me a specific monthly rate. (So much for 5 year price guarantee). Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I went to this store because I wanted to see a specific phone in person before purchasing it. When I asked a employee if they had the phone model on display they told me "Yeah, we have it on display. But you're not allowed to try it. If you want to actually use it, you need to leave and go elsewhere." So that's exactly what I did. I left the store and went to Best Buy (who had the exact same phone model on display and actually allowed me to demo it before purchasing it). If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience on 8/1 at 7pm. Walked in the store and two employees are too busy on their cell phones to get up and assist a customer. Was looking for a case to purchase for my new 16 plus. I told the young lady who sat behind the desk playing on her phone that I needed a case and she simply pointed towards the wall and said the cases were over there. Just totally unprofessional.
