estoy ahora y una mujer hispana pésima atención !! platicando chismes con otras dos chismosas más y no nos atendió hasta que se desocupó el otro muchacho !!! no lo recomiendo , se enfocan en el chisme en atender al cliente … 🤮🤮🤮

I have been to this T-Mobile location multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed or pressured. Customer service here is consistently excellent, which is rare these days. I always leave feeling confident that I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant experience.
The worst customer services I had !! No help at all But thanks
I walked in no one greeted me not even the manager he was to busy taking pictures of the celling for what ever reason. Me and another customer sat for 40 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Extremely poor customer service. The music was way to load. The only reason I stayed in had to pick up a phone at this location. On not to mention the store wasn't busy. Customer were walking out. The store down the street on Lantan the vibe is way different very friendly, greet the customer when they come in.
