Great Employees and very attentive
This is a franchise store, not a corporate T-Mobile location. I had an unfortunate experience with Nadine Dore, who was extremely loud and rude while I was on the phone with T-Mobile customer service. Two T-Mobile agents confirmed that I could return the Hotspot device to any store; however, upon arriving at this location, one staff member said they could not process the return.
