I had an absolutely amazing experience at this T-Mobile store! Noelia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was taken care of. I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Ashley. She was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s clear that she leads a great team and truly cares about her customers. Thank you for making my experience such a great one!

Amazing experience at this location, the entire team worked in unison the entire time I was at the store to take care of all customers. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, Best T-Mobile location I’ve been to.

Good service when buying, but a nightmare if you need to cancel. We ordered iPhones here but decided to cancel next day. A rep named Junior immediately became rude once he figure out we were not buying tried juggling two customers at once, and refused to cancel the order. He claimed we had to wait for the phones to arrive—just to trap us into a restocking fee. The manager backed him up, claiming she’d "never done a cancellation" in 15 years. They’re too slow & understaffed over here! 10+ customers waiting and only 3 workers. There was no point in staying as I would’ve been waiting 45+ mins as per usual here
