Visited for chenge my plan. Got information "no cheaper then I have. It was $120" at the same day called to customer service and got deal for $55
Wow, What a horrific experience I had at this T-Mobile location. I went into simply upgrade my daughter‘s broken phone with a new iPhone 14. I know all about retail and it’s all about upsells, but this took it to a new level. After weighing my options about adding a new line or just simply financing the phone, I just decided to buy the phone and call it a day. Justin and Nicolle were horrible transition from Verizon to T-Mobile was so unprofessional they took my phone I went back the same day changed my mind of the service, I asked them to return my phone, they would not give my phone back. I had to call corporate, I returned everything, still no phone. I have not received my full refund from them. Worse service, worse management. Wish I can give them zero.
