If there were an Olympic event for customer service, Brandon Garcia at T-Mobile would be taking home the gold, silver, and probably inventing a new medal just for fun. 🏆 I walked into T-Mobile thinking I was just going to get some basic help, and instead I got the full VIP experience. I’m not one to write reviews, but ever since they change management this store has become more trash than actual trash, poor customer service, the employees treat customer like we owe them something, it’s like the don’t want to make money, I really miss the old manager Nicolle, she was a lovely person and the people she had with her were even more lovely. The way this store it’s leading it’s a shame because this store it’s really well place and convenient! Shame on ArchTelecom really shame!
I never write reviews, but that was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Worker was sitting outside on a call and just told me he can’t help me. Very weird and rude interaction
Pretty Bad customer service, bought 2 phones from this location 1 and 1/2 years ago .walked in today to ask a question about the phone but was abruptly cutoff by a sales person let me know they do t anwser tech questions. 4 idiots standing there doing nothing. Stay Away from this pkace
