I went to this T-Mobile store yesterday to return an internet router after canceling one of the 6 lines I’ve had with the company for over 4 years. A T-Mobile agent on the phone had clearly told me that I could return the equipment at any T-Mobile store or by mail. “This store should be shut down. The way my son was treated was unacceptable—disrespectful and completely unprofessional. What makes it worse is that after reading the other reviews, I realized this is not an isolated incident but a constant pattern of terrible service from the employees at this location. How can a place with so many complaints still be open? Shameful. I would not recommend anyone to come here.”

I needed to check and see if my 80yr.old mother-in-law had canceled her mobile plan when she switched to another carrier. It took 5 visits!!!! She had to come in person, then we had to go get her license, blah, blah... Eventually we were told that she had been paying $55/months for a phone she had stopped using three months ago. But we couldn't cancel her service in-store! We had to call. Then had to return to the store to reset her PIN, then call back. Not sure if this is a Florida thing, or if T-Mo has massively made thems... read more
