I needed to check and see if my 80yr.old mother-in-law had canceled her mobile plan when she switched to another carrier. It took 5 visits!!!! She had to come in person, then we had to go get her license, blah, blah... Eventually we were told that she had been paying $55/months for a phone she had stopped using three months ago. But we couldn't cancel her service in-store! We had to call. Then had to return to the store to reset her PIN, then call back. Worst location or company to use, they change employees like underwear, the reps are super rude and if you don’t buy from them they won’t help you. Don’t go here
I rarely leave negative reviews. It takes a truly unacceptable experience for me to speak out. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened today at this T-Mobile location. We arrived around 3:30 p.m. to return our old phones. After waiting a few minutes (which was no issue), we witnessed a disappointing interaction between a staff member and an older gentleman ahead of us.
