Avoid!!! Been a customer for 10 years. Went in today to upgrade. Reps doing their job try to sell me other products. Politely said no. Said they have to call manager to approve only upgrades. That's horrible service. What should have been a quick and easy upgrade they made me wait because management wasn't happy they didn't sell me other items. Their only sales rep apologized. Will never go back to this location to buy anything!
Excellent and patient service from Fabrizzio on wiping my old phones etc.
Staff very rude. Not helpful. Poor knowledge of products. Came in at night and one salesperson. Would not look up from her phone to help me.
Awful experience. I walked into this T-Mobile store and stood there for over 20 minutes without so much as a “Hi, do you need help?” Mind you, the store was practically empty—just me and one other customer. The employee was completely focused on the other customer and acted as if I was invisible. Last time I checked, acknowledging people when they walk into your store is Customer Service 101.
