Wow, What a horrific experience I had at this T-Mobile location. I went into simply upgrade my daughter‘s broken phone with a new iPhone 14. I know all about retail and it’s all about upsells, but this took it to a new level. Justin and Nicolle were horrible transition from Verizon to T-Mobile was so unprofessional they took my phone I went back the same day changed my mind of the service, I asked them to return my phone, they would not give my phone back. I had to call corporate, I returned everything, still no phone. I have not received my full refund from them. Worse service, worse management. Wish I can give them zero.

I visited this store simply to replace my old iPhone, but what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal filled with unnecessary ‘promotions’ and added lines that only increased my monthly bill. When I called the store to resolve the issue, they stated there was nothing they could do and directed me to T-Mobile customer service. After nearly an hour on the phone with a T-Mobile representative, I was finally able to remove several unneeded extra lines and unsolicited protection plans.
