Awful experience. I walked into this T-Mobile store and stood there for over 20 minutes without so much as a “Hi, do you need help?” Mind you, the store was practically empty—just me and one other customer. The employee was completely focused on the other customer and acted as if I was invisible. Last time I checked, acknowledging people when they walk into your store is Customer Service 101. Stopped by the T-Mobile Authorized Dealer and had a great experience. It was a quick stop—the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything done in about 15 minutes. Honestly, one of the fastest and easiest experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

The manager Erick went out of his way to make our experience easy. He spent the time to transfer data from one device to another. I would highly recommend this store when in need of assistance with your device.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in any phone store. I needed to get a replacement for my current phone. When I called to see if I needed an appointment ERICK told me just come in. Before coming in he gave me some information about how to save time by completing some quick features at home. He was welcoming and efficient. I would highly recommend using this store for your mobile phone needs.
