Crooks at THIS STORE!! 310 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 I been a Sprint customer since 1998 (Nextel). With the recent merge between Sprint and T-Mobile, I went to get a new phone. I traded in my s10plus. For the s22plus.2/25/22 The sales rep never turned in my phone. So on my 1st bill I notice that trade was not applied. Long story short. Customer service can’t find the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! I'm an original Sprint customer since 2001 (20 years). With the recent merge between Sprint and T-Mobile, I was told to Get a T-Mobile 5G chip for better signal and cell coverage. On 4/15/2021, I entered the store at 10:51 and met with Sale Rep. Jason upon entry. I explained the reason for my visit. He stated that he could help. Minutes later, two ladies walked in the store after me who appeared to come to buy a phone.
